Greetings from our little slice of paradise in North Idaho! We are a family of five who traded the hustle and bustle of suburban life for the tranquil charm of country living four years ago. Our dream? To own land, embrace self-sufficiency, and embark on this whirlwind of homesteading.
Who We Are
Our crew consists of Mom, Dad, and our three incredible kids—two of whom are homeschooled while our eldest is off conquering college. Yes, not only are we learning about Logic and Latin at the dinner table, but also the fine art of wrangling goats and scratching our heads about why chickens seem to think they own the place!
Life on the Homestead
Here, faith fills our home, and so does the excitement of tending our menagerie of critters! From clucking chickens and quacking ducks to our ambitious goats and ravenous pigs, every day feels like a new episode of “Life in the Wild”. Oh, and let’s not forget about our flourishing garden—where homegrown veggies are the stars of our meals.
